- Beacon Park is a privately owned facility and is not open for general, public use.
- Any use of the Beacon Park fields / facility must have prior written approval from Beacon Park. Unscheduled (not pre-approved in writing) use of the fields / facility is not permitted.
- No activity on the fields is permitted without a facility license agreement (written approval), proof of proper insurance coverage, and signed waivers by participants (pre-approved by Beacon Park) if applicable.
- No gum or candy on or near the turf surfaces
- No sunflower seeds in the park
- No tobacco use (dip, chew, vaping, cigarettes, etc.)
- No alcoholic beverages or drugs in the park
- No staking of any kind on the turf surfaces
- No Pets, Bikes, Skateboards, Roller Skates, Inline Skates
- No Chairs of Any Type (on the turf fields)
- No Glass or Glass Containers
- No Flammable Liquids & Acids
- No Golfing, Shot Putting, Discus, Javelin
- No Open Flames, Fireworks, etc.
- No defacing or destruction of property is tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: landscape, signage, fencing, shade structures, restroom facilities, etc.
- No fighting, cursing, loitering, or any other behaviors deemed inappropriate or suspicious. Any of these activities are considered grounds for removal from the facility and possible arrest.
- Beacon Park management reserves the right to remove any person(s) that is deemed to display abusive or uncooperative behavior.
- Children should not be left unattended
- Teams / Players / Coaches / Spectators must immediately clear the field(s) upon the completion of their scheduled activity (game, practice, training, etc.).
- The field surfaces (game / practice areas) are restricted to players and team staff (coach / manager). Spectators are not allowed on the fields.
- All trash is expected to be cleared from your area and properly disposed of. *Failure to do so may result in additional fines being sanctioned against your group
- Team tents are allowed on the fields. However, NO STAKES may be used to secure them (sandbags and weights only).
- All persons using the facility must abide by the lightning warning system onsite, as well as any additional stipulations mandated by the facility or renting user group (club, tournament, league, etc.).
- No activity will be allowed on the fields in the event of severe weather or lightning.
- In the case of lightning, all players and spectators should exit the fields and take shelter in their vehicles. Do NOT take shelter from lighting under ANY of the shade structures.
- Beacon Park reserves the right to cancel any event at any time due to inclement weather or any other conditions deemed dangerous to participants and spectators, and/or detrimental to the fields / facility.
